On March 1st, we celebrate St David’s Day (Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant) — a proud
and joyful occasion honouring the patron saint of Wales. It’s a day filled with
national pride, where the red dragon flies high, daffodils and leeks are worn with
honour, and communities come together to celebrate Welsh heritage, language,
music and culture.
St David’s message was simple yet powerful: “Gwnewch y pethau bychain” — “Do the little things.”It’s a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness and community spirit can make a big difference.
From all of us at Welsh Coast Radio, we’d like to wish all our wonderful listeners a very Happy St David’s Day!Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant Hapus i chi gyd!
